Wedding Pricing

Prices for weddings start at the following amounts:

  • Solo: $700
  • Duet: $1100
  • Trio: $1400
  • Quartet: $1600

These basic prices include:

Unlimited Planning – Whether you like to obsess over every decision or leave the details to the professionals, you can contact me as often as you need to during the months and weeks prior to the wedding. I’m happy to offer suggestions, answer questions, and plan musical offerings together to ensure your big day is just as you envision it.

Ceremony Music – If we’re playing in your wedding, we’ll play as much—or as little—as you desire during the service. No additional charges for long ceremonies or extra music.

Prelude & Postlude Music – We will set the mood with elegant music starting 30 minutes before the ceremony to entertain your guests while they wait for your entrance. After the recessional (when the wedding party exits) we will provide background music as needed as guests transition toward post-wedding festivities.

Travel – If your wedding is anywhere in New Hampshire (or close by out of state) you won’t be charged extra for musician travel expenses.

Special Song Requests – If you have a special request for an instrumental rendition of a song that is meaningful to you, we will obtain or arrange the music and perform it in your ceremony. Whether it’s an Elvis love song or a Garth Brooks tune, we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Discounts may be available for low-budget weddings, or when multiple weddings are booked through the same wedding planner.

Other Event Pricing

Prices for corporate events, receptions, political events, conferences, funerals, and other events start at the following amounts:

  • Solo: $450
  • Duet: $650
  • Trio: $900
  • Quartet: $1100

This basic price includes:

Two Hours of Music – We will be at your disposal for up to two hours at the basic price, either to play at various set intervals or to provide nearly continuous background music.

Unlimited Planning – Whether you like to obsess over every decision or leave the details to the professionals, you can contact me as often as you need to. I’m happy to offer suggestions, answer questions, and plan musical offerings together to ensure your event is just as you envision it.

Travel – If your event is in New Hampshire (or close by out of state) you won’t be charged extra for musician travel expenses.

Special Song Request – If you have a special request for an instrumental rendition of a song that is meaningful to you, we will obtain or arrange the music and perform it at your event. Whether it’s a Frank Sinatra song, “Happy Birthday,” or the National Anthem, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
